Hi there it’s the headhunter.
PINK FLOYD LP ( Piper at the Gates of Dawn ) MONO SX6157.
The sleeve is in VG condition, light creasing and ring wear on the front. Laminated front, no edge wear. Nice condition spine with the text still intact. ( File under POPULAR POP GROUPS ) top right on the rear of the cover. The rear of the sleeve has some water damage so there are some ripples in the card. There is also a circular wear pattern on the back, looks like something round has stuck to the sleeve in the past. Still a very decent sleeve. No seam splits.
The EMI inner sleeve is in VG condition, no splits.
The labels are in pretty good shape, some very light spindle marks. KT TAX CODE. Nice clear text, no writing or sticker marks.
The Matrix numbers are Side 1 : XAX 3419 - 2 Side 2 : XAX 3420 - 1
The disc is in VG + condition, there are a few light surface marks on both sides. Nothing bad. The surface still retains a decent glossy shine. I have played this record all the way through on both sides and there are the odd few ticks here and there and in areas some light cackle. No sticking or jumping plays great for a 53 year old record. Most of these you see are trashed.
This is also the rarer MONO version. Very hard to find. ( LOW START PRICE ). Don’t miss your chance to own a rare piece of Psychedelia.
