Pink Floyd OZ Reissue LP OST More NM Columbia SCXO6346 Prog Psyche 1988

OZ Reissue LP released in 1988 on Columbia Records. Cat: SCXO6346.  This album was originally a part of the 12LP Pink Floyd Vinyl box set released in 1988 (PFB1, EMI). The box was in a sad state so selling the albums individually. Stunning condition played only once!!
Commissioned as a soundtrack to the seldom-seen French hippie movie of the same name, More was a Pink Floyd album in its own right, reaching the Top Ten in Britain. The group's atmospheric music was a natural for movies, but when assembled for record, these pieces were unavoidably a bit patchwork, ranging from folky ballads to fierce electronic instrumentals to incidental mood music. Several of the tracks are pleasantly inconsequential, but this record does include some strong compositions, especially "Cymbaline," "Green Is the Colour," and "The Nile Song."

Tracks : Cirrus minor/ The Nile song/ Crying song/ Up the Khyber/ Green is the colour/ Cymbaline/ Party sequence/ Main theme/ Ibiza bar/ More blues/ Quicksilver/ A Spanish piece/ Dramatic theme.   There are no signs of spindle marks on labels. Record is in Near Mint condition. Cover has a few tiny marks and is in EXcellent condition.
