Description

Up for auction is an extremely beautiful copy of the dark side of the moon
This is A3/B3 UK second pressing complete
Posters no pin holes , wear on folded corners when unfolded see pictures for more details
Stickers crack back
Cover has glue residue in top right hand corner you can see in picture from an old price tag. I did not remove this sticker and I am not removing the glue. I’m sure w a little lighter fluid it’ll come right off but this is how I got it and it is how I preserved it as well.
There are no major flaws with the cover . The the corners are fairly sharp with minor wear from age or even regular handling. It doesn’t appear this set was ever not held in high regard
The record itself will come in the mofi inner that I put it in when I received it years ago
There are minor spindle marks which shows it was played but again clearly held in high regard to any and all of the previous owners
The record is beautiful I’ve been over it under bright light and I can find very little to complain about.
This is an excellent +++ copy
The only issues aren’t age.
I seriously doubt after 53 years finding a better copy would be extremely difficult
This is superb
Look I know how picky we are. This is a fine piece and would expect the next care taker to take good care of this beast

After playing this at the request of a potential buyer although visually grades high has a lot of surface noise during playback. I do not own a record cleaner at this point but would recommend a deep micro bubble bath . This record is over 50 years old and even w the playback noise and crackles still very rare as a complete package.
