With GREEN COMBAT label (camouflage came later) and "Churches" misspelled on spine! Embossed cover.

First death metal band ever? Some believe as they coined the term on their demo. Still up in the air for me because I still consider it thrash, but the hell with labels cause either way, this puppy rips beginning to end. Legends of aggressive metal POSSESSED flipped the metal world upside down with 7 churches, and here is a version from the VERY beginning. Green label. Misspelled "Churches" on spine. Embossed cover. Lyric sheet with photos. I haven't listened to this in a long time, and as I'm listening and comparing it to other releases of the same year, they really were ahead of the game in evilness and brutality!

Good luck finding a better version of this EARLY pressing 'cause this baby plays BEAUTIFUL!

Jacket - VG+    Jacket retains its gloss and is EMBOSSED. Creasing around corners (noticeable on front more than back) and some ring wear. Very slight dings on corners. Seams are tight with no splits. Opening side is crisp. No tape or glue present.


Inner Sleeve/lyric sheet - EX    Original with photos and lyrics. Typical slight seam splits on sides. Bright and beautiful. No tape or glue present.


Record -  NM    Side 1 - Plays fantastic. Great luster. VERY MINIMAL SLIGHT sleeve scuffs, none effecting play at all. Label is bright in color.
                          Side 2 - Plays fantastic. Great luster. No visible sleeve scuffs but one VERY light scratch, not effecting play at all. Label is bright in color.
                                        Center hole features no distortion.
