Details:   Rare 1st pressing of this holy grail jazz lp!  Deep groove, RVG etched.  This lp has been cleaned on a Degritter ultrasonic cleaner.


Record condition:  VG     The sound fidelity is excellent, bright and clear without disruption.  Vinyl retains some of it's original gloss but side 1 has a longer scratch on final track which can be felt, one smaller scratch track one can be felt as well.  The smaller scratch creates a lightly heard repetitive tick for a minute or so that stays well behind the music.  Other than this the first two tracks play VG+.  The longer scratch creates repetitive ticks which get overpowered by the music at times, and during some quieter parts plays with louder crunchy surface noise, VG-.  Side 2 plays quite nicely.  Tracks 1 and 3 play VG+, track 2 plays with some surface noise but never worse than an enjoyable VG.

Cover:  VG-  Has white tape on lower corner portion of front cover and a tiny strip of white tape on spine.  Small tear on front near mouth.  Back cover shows residue from removed tape.  Seams are in nice shape other than the tape.
