It  was  signed  on the USA  NOTW  tour  on  the 11th DEC 1977  in Texas.  The  concert  was  at  a  place  called  'The Summit'.   It  was  signed  in  the lobby  (RECEPTION)  of  the  hotel  they  were  staying.   John  wasnt  present  at  this  time  and  the  second  time  in  on  their  NATO  tour,  he  must  of  been  spending  his time  with  his  wife.
