Record grades as EXCELLENT with NO scratches, NO scuffs, etc.  Very clean!  Sleeve is VG+ with general edge/corner wear, minor corner dings, & includes insert with original OBI strip.  OBI has been removed, has seperation on bottom where glue has worn out, a tear on back of OBI, & a small price sticker on top of back of OBI.  See photos.
