Generic sleeve signed by Allen Kemp, Pat Shanahan, Bob Raymond, and Gene Chalk!
Record has a nice sheen, plays through beautifully. Plays flat on the turntable. There are a few noted scratches, which do not affect play.

Delft 1264 Profit - FANTASTIC surf rock instrumental! That's Why I'm Blue - (Recorded at the Galaxy, Denver with announcer intro and audience reactions"). Fantastic teen pop garage, with plucky guitar.
