Description

RARE Hard To Find  Led Zeppelin's solo performance album in Very Good + condition!   Record label has small defect on one side and writing on label other side. Vinyl has minor scuffing. Album Sleeve has minor creasing and small sticker residue  (See Pictures )

SIDE ONE:  Lucifer Rising (22 mins.)
written by Jimmy Page in 1973 for Kenneth Anger film of same title. Page plays all the music himself mostly on electric guitar run through an ARP synthesizer.
SIDE TWO:  You Better Run (2:30) Everybody's Gonna Say (2:12) Our Song (2:30) Laughin', Cryin', Laughin' (2:33) Long Time Comming (2:31) I've Got A Secret (3:08)
All six tracks feature Robert Plant on vocals at the age of 18! A full 2 years prior to joining Led Zeppelin! Recorded with backup by studio musicians, the first 2 songs were released as a single by the fictional group "LISTEN." It featured YOU BETTER RUN, (Young Rascals tune also covered by Pat Benetar), and EVERYBODY'S GONNA SAY which was co-written by Plant and released in 1966.... was a commercial flop. The remaining tracks were also released and went nowhere. Plant said, " The only copies ever sold were the ones me mum bought!" Plant then returned to Birmingham to re-form the "Band Of Joy" with John Bonham, a group which later became Led Zeppelin!
