Description
’Igginbottom, ’Igginbottom’s Wrench (Deram SML 1051) (1969).
The very scarce and sought-after only LP by ’Igginbottom, featuring Allan Holdsworth (guitar), plus Dave Freeman, Mick Skelly and Steven Robinson. Sleevenotes by Ronnie Scott and Mick Jackson.
Stereo test pressing.
From the collection of English blues writer Neil Slaven, who is credited on the sleeve:
“M. J. M. [Productions] would like to express their gratitude for the invaluable assistance rendered by Neil Slaven in the making of this album."
Condition: disc almost like new. Labels clean and unmarked. Company polythene-lined inner sleeve yellowed at edges but undamaged. Jacket: front has a couple of small lamination creases and faint ringwear; back is slightly grubby and yellowed at edges and shows slight ringwear. No slits, tears, bumps or significant creases. A considerable rarity, especially in test-pressing form.
