A - Black is soul - The imperials b - Always with me
Early Skinhead rocksteady/reggae anthem

Original rare PAMA/Bullet single 1969 
The condition-  There is rough looking mark on the A side. which makes a few pops with are audible for about 10 seconds of the track. However - this doesnt make a jump and plays through it
The b side is in VG condition. Apart from the mark the a-side would be the same.
There is some tiny writing on the label - see above pic. But no writing on the flip side
