Record is G+ to VG-:  Record is unfortunately not in great shape.  The record skips a few times and has surface noise including a few repetitive clicks.  I have listened to the entire album and it is still listenable but is far from perfection.  

Cover is VG- to VG:  Spine is completely split. There is a piece of tape placed on the center of the spine.  Cover  looks good and is still (in my opinion) still suitable for framing the JIM FLORA artwork.
