If you're here, you know what you're looking at... probably more than I do.
This single was given to me about twenty years ago by an acquaintance who was involved with the band during their early years. Upon receiving it, I promptly stuck it in a box, placed it in a closet, and forgot about it.
I'm not a record collector, so I'm unfamiliar with grading scales. However, I can say there are zero marks or folds on the sleeve, and the record itself is pristine ( it could use a cleaning to remove some dust. I don't own any proper vinyl cleaning supplies).
As seen in the photo, there is a small ( <1") tear along the sleeve's bottom fold (see photo). This was caused by the record itself.
FYI: I see now, that in one of the photos there appears to be wrinkles in the sleeve. This is not the case. I took the photo with the record out of its sleeve. The sleeve material is very thin, so it took on the wrinkled shape of the cloth beneath it.
Ebay seems to estimate shipping charges too high. The winner of the auction will be charged the actual amount UPS charges me. No more, no less.
