Here is an amazing set for serious collector's of British experimental synth / minimal synth - new wave artist Robert Rental and MUTE Records founder Daniel Miller aka The Normal. Here is what you will get:

 

1/ ROBERT RENTAL - "Paralysis / ACC" 7" [RECO 002] which is SIGNED twice by Robert Rental (sadly now deceased) and Daniel Miller. This record was acquired from someone who attended one of the Normal w/ Robert Rental concerts in the U.K. 1979. The Rental signatures are personalized. Condition of sleeve is a strong VG+ (slight edge wear), vinyl is an EX- ( I see some slight barely visible scuffing - I mean only under the light). ***This is an artefact to be treasured!

2/ TWO original B&W photographs from The Normal & Robert Rental performance 6.3.1979 - 5 x 3 1/2" and 6" x 4". ORIGINAL photos from the period by a journalist and NOT reproductions

 

3/ TWO Vintage pinback British 1980 badges:  ROBERT RENTAL 1.5" (near mint - some age on reverse) / THOMAS LEER International (Rental collaborator and early synth punk) 1.5" (near mint - some age on reverse).

 

Needless to say, this is a very special set and is essential for any serious Rental fan and/or those with an interest in early minimal experimental synth - new wave. Rental & Leer also created the seminal album on Industrial Records "The Bridge".  All signatures are authentic from the period and all original editions / badges are not repros.

"Scottish electronics experimenter who came to prominence in the late seventies with home made release, Paralysis, produced by friend and collaborator, Thomas Leer. Released only two solo singles which for fans of the period are well worth hunting down. Rental's major output, though, was in collaborative work, recording with both Leer and Mute supremo, Daniel Miller aka The Normal."
