ROLLING STONES-LET IT BLEED MONO-ORIGINAL RED DECCA-LOW START NO RESERVE
I am having a clear out of some of my records and thinning them out a bit.
They come from my personal collection which started when I was TEN... I am now 46
Here is a MONO copy of the ROLLING STONES album entitled LET IT BLEED
It DOES NOT have the poster with it sadly.
The Red inner sleeve is NOT Poly lined. I have always used a new Poly Lined one which will be included in the sale.
I wish I could write one of those epic descriptions of every little noise and mark that some sellers do. I really mean that as I think they are brilliant and take a lot of time. I don't have the time however so I hope the following gives a fair description. I wouldn't own a record that was so aweful or unplayable so the following is simply what my ears tell me when I play the record......
Record - A few bits of surface noise in some quiet bits and a few obvious marks here and there. Nothing at all that has ever bothered me though. The actual sound quality is great with tremendous depth and no distortion. If I saw this at a record fair I would say it was Excellent in a visual sense. However, I feel its better to undergrade than over so I will say its Very Good
Sleeve - It is as you see in the pictures-you are the judge. A bit of wear here and there but examine the photo's carefully as any issues can be seen from the many pictures!
Seasoned record buyers will not need to read this as its rather boring but better said than not......
There are plenty of supersized pictures for you to look and make the decision on whether to buy or not. Visual condition is subjective so I prefer YOU, the buyer to make your own decisions.
All Record players and systems will play differently. The description above is based on the record being played on my personal system (Linn LP12 with an Akito arm and an Adikt cartridge). I have experimented over the years with different cartridges and stylii and found some show up surface noise more than others. Also, if you have a worn stylus, it will pick up more surface noise (In my personal experience). Records are not like CD's and if you expect a CD experience, buy a CD!!
This record is graded as follows...
RECORD -The top end of VERY GOOD
SLEEVE - EXCELLENT
Gradings are as defined in the grading table below.
Have a good look at the photo's...you can supersize them to make sure you are happy with what you see.
All the records I am selling are graded to Record Collector standards which you will see at the bottom of this advert

Mint (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condiition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. Excellent (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. Very Good (VG) The record has obviously been played many times, but displayes no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable Good (G) Te record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc Fair (F) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced. Poor (P) The record will not play properly due to scratched, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing Bad (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler CD's and CASSETTES As a general rule CD's and Cassettes either play perfectly - inwhich case they are in Mint condition - or they don't, in which case their value is minimal. Cassette tape is liable to deteriorate with age, even if it remains unplayed, so care should be taken when buying old tapes. CD's are difficult to grade visually; they can look perfect but actually be faulty, while in other cases they may appear damaged but still play perfectly. Cassette and CD inlays and booklets should be graded in the same way as record covers and sleeves. In general, the plastic containers for cassettes and CDs can easily be replaces if they are broken or scratched, but card covers and digipaks are subject to the same wear as record sleeves.
