VERY RARE and SCARCE in any condition, this is original factory sealed and therefore the vinyl is mint and never played. On the private pressing label Moon out of Canada. Less than 3,000 were ever pressed and there will probably be far less now. This is the definitive original 1st recording with the RED "RUSH" insignia.
The most unique aspect of this pressing is that it is the ORIGINAL MIX, the way the band intended. Once signed to mercury this record was remixed to produce a different sound. It was originally mastered with greater emphasis on the high and mid-range frequencies - so Geddy's vocals and Alex's guitar are CLEAR and immersive!
This original pressing is still factory sealed and therefore the record is unplayed. Brilliant sleeve colour. The record has been stored carefully. The shrink has come slightly undone on the front of the cover as can be seen. Amazing opportunity to get a fresh unplayed copy.
Vinyl: Mint – unopened and unplayed.
Cover: Near Mint - Only a tear in the shrink wrap on the front middle at the bottom and another further up with some light scuffing. To have an unopened original after 43 years presents a unique opportunity. A small breather hole is present and unobtrusive in the "H". It is likely difficult that you will find a nicer copy ever avaialable.
