Important: In the unlikely event that it might happen, I can not be held responsible for packages going missing unless you've asked to have them sent with insured/registered shipping. However, I've sent nearly 1000 packages out since July 2013 and nothing (that I know of) has gone missing. Generally things don't go missing: either they are waiting at the Post Office because the Postman didn't leave a card or they are on their way back because the Postman didn't leave a card!
