Disc Very Good - Excellent ...........Cover Good
This is my original copy of the album by Marian Segal, Rod Edwards and Dave Waite collectivley known as Jade on DJM Records DJLPS407 recorded at Trident studios in 1970 The matrix is DJLPS 407A -1 *T Stereo and DJLPS 407B -1 *T
This is not mint but has hardly been played, I know this because I have owned it from new! The disc plays quietly with virtually no noise but there are 2 marks when held up to the light. There is an audible click at the very end of track 5, Fly me to the North,The disc has only been played on a good turntable and it will be professionally cleaned before dispatch.
The gatefold sleeve on heavy card printed by E.J.Day Group is not perfect as it has a scratchmark (see picture) on the back about the size of a 10p piece and some rub mark from when I fell off my motorbike, ah, real history! The edges and spine have wear comesurate with 38 years of life, other than that, the grainy front cover photo taken on Hampstead Heath? and inside picture and lyrics are fine with no rips or delaminating.
The reason for my selling this is to help fund an upgrade to my HiFi. I saw that a similar copy had a great number of bidders recently and as I have only played this disc once in the last 20 years to hear it before it goes and to check the sound quality I realised there are a lot of fans who would be pleased to have a chance to own a 'proper' copy It is a lot better than I remember!
I have tried to be honest with my description and compared with some discs declared Excellent I have brought it is better! It will be properly packed and shipped Good luck if you should choose to bid
