Description

An original 1964 Stereo copy on UK HMV - a couple of years after 1st release. Matrix 1/1. Stampers 1-O/2-L [great audio provenance]. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original E J Day stereo cover with flipbacks exposed. 
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In great condition and has only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end  reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback with a couple of minor deviations. Intros and inbetweens are very nice and quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. A nice clean rendition throughout. All I could detect was a few crackles in one isolated spot per side [e.g. Outskirts & Ruby]. And the deviation - a couple of ticks in 'Wonder'.  A great little player in the hard to find early stereo format.
Cover (Ex-) In lovely condition with a lovely unaged flat front. One surface scratch observable o the left side and a couple of thumbnails on the right. The rear seems to have totally avoided the ageing process. All flipbacks intact and fully secure. The spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
