Due to a delay involving the cover's printing, Ralph Records issued an un-numbered edition of 300 on clear vinyl in a plain white sleeve with a large sticker on the front. The sticker said "APOLOGIES TO MAIL-ORDER CUSTOMERS version." This was mailed out to all the people who had pre-ordered it through Ralph. The remaining copies were sold through Ralph's catalog.
