Description
Selling for a friend who's emigrating.I've tried to pick out the best and am grouping them together where possible to save on postage etc. These are the ones that have seen very little use over the years but storage has taken it's toll on some of the covers etc. The vinyl however is pretty nearly mint. Hardly a mark anywhere and as shiny as you like. I've test played these on my Ariston RD80 tracking at 1.5gms with an Ortofon OM20 and they sound as near to new as makes no difference.Have a good look at the photos for condition, Sleeves and inners do vary from one to another as far as condition is concerned, there's the odd dealer price label,ring/storage wear/edge scuffing, but no writing etc., if there are any tears, marks or major issues I'll point them out but they are all 'honest',good but used with mostly readable spines.They will benefit from a good clean, I've given them a good dust with a disc cleaner but haven't got time to go through them all properly, mostly good order with light storage scuffing and vinyl generally vg+ to ex.

You should have seen my face when I took this one out of the cover...talk about the exception that proves the rule! Every other album in this collection is near as damn it mint and then you find this. It's like finding the holy grail with a dent in it. :)
Anyway it is what it is.
The cover is mint. Has it's correct baggie sleeve. Been kept in a plastic sleeve all its life so no shelf wear or fading. Peculiar heavy scratch in the same relative position on the record A and B sides but b side is less heavy but still audible.
Having said all that it still plays! doesn't skip,even at low tracking weights of a gramme or so. You do get a pop obviously but because of the nature of the music (which is great by the way) it's not all that noticeable. I've listened to a lot worse in my time and still enjoyed it. The cover alone has got to be worth £30 and without the scratches this would have been mint and a couple of hundred quids worth.
P.S.Just had an idea! (rare) if anybody just wants to buy the cover and leave me with the record for a fiver discount I'm more than happy to accomodate that. :)
