Labels are red with black writing
The front of the cover has a colorful picture of a chicken with music notes coming from its mouth, a picture of a horse, cat, dog, another chicken and a boy
The back of the cover has information about the record and other similar records. Also a bit of a bio about Nadine Lewis the story teller.

Record: VGVG (Both sides have surface noise, can still hear clearly on both sides) Labels: VG++VG++ Cover: VGVG (Wear along the edges and corners. Crease at top right front. Bit of surface wear on front. There is a brown spot at right edge on back. Also has some other dirt marks and surface wear from record on back) Size: 12" 33 1/3 RPMYour satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
