Description
The Rolling Stones: Beggars Banquet.: This is an auction for two original copies 1968 of this classic record. The first is a FIRST pressing Mono and the second is a second pressing stereo.
1) Original 1st pressing Mono pressing. The vinyl label is the unboxed red Decca on number LK 4955. The outer gatefold sleeve is the original design. This is in very good condition. has wear on the corners and the a small split in the spine. itis all intact. The front and the rear of unaffected. The fold out picture is unaffected. The vinyl is in very good condition. There is clear evidence of use. it has lost some of the black lustre shine. The labels are in excellant condition.
2) This is a second stereo pressing number SKL 4955 and is the original design gatefold sleeve. The labels are in blue Decca and are the boxed Decca design. The outer gatefold sleeve is fully intact and is in excellant condition. The vinyl and the labels are in excellant condition and has the blue decca inner label.(I use the descriptions used in Record Collector in the rare record price Guide.)
This has been stored on proper record shelves in an upright position in a NON SMOKING household in a heavy duty PVC sleeve
