Description

An original 1st press of EOMS on UK Rolling Stone Records. Martri A2/B1/C1/D2 - one of the earliest combinations obtainable. Artisan symbols are present. And Artisan knew a thing or two about mastering. These original Artisan UK copies sound magic - can't really imagine anything surpassing them. Also worth mentioning pressing weight is really good - and this is not always the case. The vinyl comes housed in an original 1st issue Shorewood Box cover. We have both square cornered inners. No postcards.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex) In excellent order and has only seen light careful use. Under close inspection I can only make out a few slight marks per side - nothing heavy or troublesome at all. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback. Please note a lot of the audio from this STONES classic is very fussy. Few copies are likely to have survived playing WELL  - consistently. This one is clean and impressive. Intros and inbetweens are lovey and clean and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. More than good enough to get the full gamut on this stones classic title. Their high tide mark? - quite possibly. What I like on this example is that those lowkey acoustic tracks like 'SVirginnia' plays very nice and clean - and this is often hard to find on all the acoustic numbers. A great player. Not perfect...I detected a couple of crackles on the run into S.Virginnia. So, maybe a few brief crackles in one isolated spot per side. But quite frankly this is a very high standard of playback. Comes highly recommended. 
Cover (Vg+) Please note there is slight image blur on the exterior imaging. Don't miss that - presume this was a print error in lining up - but forgivable. Overall  pretty decent looking example with only slight ageing creeping at extremities. And not too much surface wear which is usually the problem. Slight edge wear - but much less than you typically tend to find. Nice original example. Small inscription top left on rear.
Inners (Vg+) Pretty clean and no splits..
