Description
The Rolling Stones ABC Spotlight Specials 2 disc 33rpm vinyl records in original box. The records are in excellent condition showing hardly any wear. It doesnt appear to have been played much. The labels are very excellent. The box has some heavy wear on the edge. The Spotlight Specials series was a radio broadcast done by the ABC Contemporary Radio Network. This aired on 3/18/1984. The labels indicate it features an interview with the band members and may also have recorded music on it as well. (I haven't listened to it so I'm not sure) It also includes the commercials aired during the program.
These records are very rare and hard to come by. You do see other bands as this weekly program had many artists come thru, but the Stones one is ultra rare in number. They were sent out to the radio stations to be played on the air date then usually destroyed. They were never released to the public. There are many that didn't get trashed and are out there. This Rolling Stones one is very hard to find. It is amongst the rarest Rolling Stones vinyl. Perfect for the Stones fan that has it all.
