Description
Steve Perry ABC Spotlight Specials 2 disc 33rpm vinyl records in original box. Steve Perry was in the epic rock band Journey and this was shortly after he put out his 1st solo album. The records are in excellent condition showing hardly any wear. It doesnt appear to have been played much. The labels are very excellent. The box has some heavy wear on the corners. The Spotlight Specials series was a radio broadcast done by the ABC Contemporary Radio Network. This aired on 12/16/1984. It comes complete with the program guide paperwork. The labels and paperwork indicate it features an interview with the band members and also has songs included. It also includes the commercials aired during the program. This particular episode is unique in that it was the last one of the Spotlight Specials series.
These records are very rare and hard to come by. You do see other bands as this weekly program had many artists come thru. They were sent out to the radio stations to be played on the air date then usually destroyed. They were never released to the public.
