Description
I am selling off some of my record collection over the next few weeks and have many collectable items, along with lots of reissues. They have all been carefully looked after and most have been played rarely because I made mp3 versions and listened to those instead. I will attempt to point out any major flaws, if any, but otherwise they are generally in great condition. I use the record collector grading system to grade vinyl and try to be as accurate as possible.
Artist - The Rolling Stones
Title - Sticky Fingers
Label - Rolling Stones Records
Cat No - COC 59100 Matrix numbers are A4/B4 with 'TML Rolling Stones Records' hand etched into run out
Vinyl (Visual) - VG++ (superficial scuffs from inner sleeve and a very light scratch on side one track 4 which is roughly 1" long)
Vinyl (Audio) - EX- (sounds clean throughout with virtually no surface noise and has no major flaws to speak of, with no pops or skips/jumps. The only minor flaw is a very feint click on track 4 side one, due to a light scratch - but is not intrusive and does not spoil the overall sensational audio. Therefore, it's hard to fault the condition and is a fantastic copy of this very rare early pressing)
Labels - EX- (both labels are clean with no writing on them - some spindle marks visible but no damage to labels)
The PAN Zip - VG (The extremely rare 'PAN' zip which only featured on the first copies and makes this very rare indeed. There were very few of these made and the zip was changed to a smaller zip for subsequent copies. This was because the large zip caused damage to other albums stacked up against each other.) There is some rust evident on the zip, but it still works perfectly.)
Sleeve - EX- (some discolouration and shelfwear to sleeve; some creasing to the small flap at the top which is very common with this LP - see pic. There is a small indent to the front cover, at the bottom right of the zip, which was caused by other copies stacked together, as the zip stands proud on the cover. The spine is in great condition and it still clearly shows the writing, and has 'printed in germany' at the bottom)
Insert - EX- (some discolouration but otherwise in great shape. It is thicker than subsequent copies and has 'Printed in England by Richard Davis Ltd' in small writing)
Postage for single LP is £4 for 1st Class Recorded to UK; £9 to Europe and £11 worldwide (registered airmail)
