Complete with maroon Decca inner sleeve.
Sleeve
The highly sought after Blind Man text graces the reverse of this awesome album sleeve.Usually found on first pressings as the later reissues DO NOT have this on the sleeve. Also,the later reissues do not have the flipback feature down vertical edge!! Reverse is clean with virtually nil discoloration. Blind Man text included on text and is absolutely the best I have seen. This cover was banned very early on owing to its offensive material. Usually found discoloured, ripped and heavily worn. This album flipback MONO sleeve has been protected over the years in polythene and away from direct sunlight. What a gem and a pleasure to view! Thickly laminated and quite perfect with no lifting or peeling. Clarifoil credits and a clipped spine, clearly showing title.What a gem.
Vinyl surfaces UNMARKED and absolutely awesome! Highly polished as if just hot off the press.Again, this record is a beauty. Its feel is heavyweight and much thicker than the normal reissues. Thicker pressing too and gives a lovely feel, unlike the later reissues which were much thinner and lighter. FANTASTIC vinyl !!! A W E S O M E !!!!
Rich red boxed Decca labels near mint. Hardly a mark on them. Clean and freshly pressed appearance.These labels are again different from the later reissues. The complete format/layout are different. The box is smaller and the coloration is a much deeper red. There is no concentric indentation towards the middle either and confirms a very early first reissue !!!!
Audio
C R Y S T A L grooves. Audio projected like no other. Those classic tracks heard as they should, through near silent grooves. Near mint delivery.
