DETAILED CONDITION:

SLEEVE: water damage on rear which has led to the paper pulling away at a section on the bottom, all pictures and tiitles fine..front cover fine..: G+

VINYL - SIDE ONE: a few fine hairlines, nothing deep and and plays great: EX-

VINYL - SIDE TWO: a few fine hairlines, otherwise lovely and plays great: EX-

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX and EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
