Description

This is my copy of Scientist v. Prince Jammy: Big Showdown 1980, which I originally bought shortly after it it was released in 1980. It's been played no more than a handful of times, including today to confirm that it plays with no audible clicking or jumping. It's always been stored vertically in a proper hard record case, which has helped to keep the vinyl flat and to maintain the condition of the sleeve. The vinyl is glossy and looks brand new; it rides flat on the turntable, there are no scratches or marks on the vinyl, and the labels are all clean with no spindle marking. The sleeve is in generally excellent condition, with some minor scuff marks on some edges, and some very slight spine wear (see photos). I've used the guidance and grading scale from the Vinyl Factory website (https://thevinylfactory.com/features/a-comprehensive-guide-to-grading-vinyl-records/ ) to grade the condition of the vinyl and sleeve for this item, as follows Sleeve: VG+ to Excellent Vinyl: Excellent to Near Mint Thanks for viewing, and happy bidding!
