How rare is this ?

A SEALED STEREO Milstein Prokofiev made by EMI USA from the same stampers as UK SAX 5275

LP assumed mint, shrink wrap has some minor splits, see all photo's but NEVER OPENED

COVER has some scuffs and marks on top front edge where shrink wrap has torn after handling rubbing. Rear top corner has retail chain store sticker from the USA 'Sam Goody'    No seam splits, ONLY IN THE SHRINK WRAP (see photo)
