Description
Up for bid is an extremely rare factory sealed LP, the self titled release from Ronnie Boykins (who played bass for Sun Ra from 1958-1966). See pictures for song list. This is not a cut out item, has no holes, notches, or cut corners. This was released by ESP-Disk (ESP 3026) in 1975. Although this set is sealed, there are a couple of small places where the shrink is not intact. The tip of the front top right corner has pierced the shrink and shows light corner wear. There is a tiny split in the shrink near the center of the mouth of the jacket. There is a couple of breathing holes in the shrink wrap on the back of the jacket. The rest of the shrink is intact, set retains the factory seal. There is light ring wear on the front and back of the jacket. Anyone who has ever looked for this LP knows how hard it is to find. A sealed copy of this original LP is very rare indeed! Throughout the month of December I will be listing more extremely rare, hard to find titles in very nice shape - from the estate of a serious collector. Don't miss out of this scarce gem, unopened! We will pack this securely for safe delivery - this may weigh a little heavy due to the LP inserts we put in the LP mailer.
