It comes in a heavy plastic sleeve with the SLAYER LTD ED Sticker on it. Sleeve is TORN across the bottom and has TAPE on it. Also has a thin black paper sticker on the bottom..There is a thin cardboard back insert, BLACK FLAT that has song titles, copyright imformation, and etc. BLACK FLAT is in GOOD+ Shape, has creases on 3 corners and 1small tear on the top right corner, I think you can see it in the picture.
