Description

This listing is for a brand new/sealed copy of The Sciences by SLEEP on limited edition translucent green vinyl. This is the first album in 20 years for the San Jose doom titans who helped lay the groundwork for stoner metal.  It's a welcome return that finds founding members, Matt Pike (HIgh On Fire) and Al Cisneros (OM) backed by Neurosis drummer, Jason Roeder, who had become a permanent and touring member with the trio since shortly after their reformation in 2009.  This new release was "secretly" dropped unannounced on 4-20, because... these dudes are notorious for liking weed.  This 1st pressing of the album sold out from the Third Man Records website the day that it was announced.
