The sleeve states that "Lord Of This World" was recorded "Live 1979 at Radio City Music Hall New York City", which is one of the times Black Sabbath recorded the song.

The tracks on side B are different recordings of songs that also appear on Sleep's Holy Mountain.

Recorded at Razor's Edge San Francisco, CA in September 1991.
