Description

STYX "Grand Illusion" very rare Half Speed Mastered Audiophile from Canada (A&M SPJ- 4637). This is the original GATEFOLD EDITION with GOLD AUDIOPHILE SERIES STAMP on the front of sleeve (has a unique color live shot of the band on inside of the gatefold along with lyrics). Record is pressed on high quality audiophile vinyl by JVC (who was also pressing LPs for MFSL around this time) TRANSLUCENT when held against a light source. The A&M AUDIOPHILE SERIES were pressed in much more limited edition than the more famous Audiophile Labels and are highly collectable. Their all time classic album. Includes: Come sail away, Fooling yourself, Grand illusion, etc. Sleeve has a couple small storage wear spots at spine on the back otherwise Near Mint. Record is EX.
