Condition:
Cover: Excellent.  At some point, water touched the bottom one third of the cover, causing some very minimal discoloration.  The cover is still very firm and clean and crisp, and does not have any signs of mold or flaking.  Overall the cover is still in pretty great shape.
Record:  Near Mint minus, Some very light scuffs can be spotted, but all very minimal.   The vinyl is in great condition, and plays extremely cleanly

This release is overall in fantastic shape.
