Here on offer is one of Australia's most unusual and obscure psych albums. Swamp Salad's 1971 album entitled On the country line is one of Australia's best kept musical secrets. Promoted as a country rock album, I would think some of the Hillbillies purchasing this album would have had their socks rocked off ! This album features some of the rawest, gutsiest psych guitar riffs this long time record collector has had the pleasure to hear.
Apparently Pokora in his Psych bible has rated this album with 3 stars and I for one can understand why!
This album was issued with ATA vinyl and a Calendar cover. SR66 - 9899.

Condition -
Cover - Minor wear around the edges. . Some creasing on bottom corners. Writing on back cover. GOOD
Vinyl - A few light marks but reasonably clean. A fairly constant crackle which is a nuisance but does not dominate the music.An occasional crackle and pop as would normally be expected of a 44 year old record! The music definitely wins out. A good clean could help. Very strong GOOD.
In all a most acceptable copy of this elusive and unusual Australian Swamp / Psych rock album.
