You are bidding for this ultra rare 7" NWOBHM vinyl single
Artist: Sweet Savage
Catalogue Number / Year: PKR 1001 / 1981 on Park Records
Side A: Take No Prisoners
Side B: Killing Time
Vinyl: Excellent Condition
Cover: Picture sleeve in Near Mint Condition with only very slight ringwear to the front cover and slight ringwear to the rear
This is the original release and comes with a yellow label.
The band were from Northern Ireland and atarted their career very well supporting Wishbone Ash and Budgie. They even recorded a session for Tommy Vance on the BBC's Friday Night Rock Show. This debut offering was self financed private release on Park Records and was produced by Chris Tsangarides. The lineup was Vivian Cambell on lead guitar, Raymond Hailer on bass and vocals, David Bates on drums and Trevor Fleming on Lead Guitar.
This is one of NWOBHM's rarest records and is valued at £200.00 in mint condition in the Record Collector 2006 guide.
