Samhain Initium on WHITE 1 of 9 Misfits Danzig Ramones

Ok, for those of you that have been my loyal customers over the past few weeks, you have probably heard about this one coming out. For those of you that I am unformiliar with, this is the legendary Samhain Initium album on white vinyl with slight black marbling. There are about 11 of the black with white streaks. There are approximately 9 on white vinyl, and only two or three with slight black streaks in them. The story goes that there was no vinyl made by the day before the Initium tour, so Glenn, Steve, and one of their buddies went to the pressing shop where they proceeded to pound on the door until the guy got up and got the machines ready to make the records. They started pressing the blacks, and after a while Glenn decided to make some white ones. He scooped up some white vinyl pellets and poured them in. Thus we have the 9 white , and  the 11 black with white streaks.Only a few white had black streaks.This is said to be one of the first white Initium off the press. Only the band members got these and as far as the black with white streaks go, mostly a few lucky fans at the tour where the ones got them. I've heald this near and dear for many years. It's the best record in my collection and the hardest to part with. I got it from a guy in Sweeden who thought it was one of a hundred. It was only when I brought this record to Steve that I learned how rare it really was. Steve is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet, and I was lucky enough to get to know him a little at a music convention that happens every year in Anahiem known as the NAMM Show. Steve works for LP drums, and fronts his new band "Doomtree". He signed it at the '03 Convention with art work, a little bat that is similar to his tat. Glenn signed it at the Danzig-Doyle show in San Fransico last fall and thought it was pretty cool. It's important to me that a true fan gets this one, but it's not gonna be cheap. I consider myself lucky because the only reason I got it was because I was on ebay at the right time with enough cash, and i have never seen another one since. For any of you who know how and want to check it out, these are the numbers on the record. PL-904-A and B pa-8-84. The record is in mint condition and the cover, with it's ground breaking blood soaked members is in good condition, but no different than any of the other first press covers. In closing, this is most definatly the Holy Grail of Samhain albums. This is not an auction for the weak hearted.I have no reserve , so I started it with 3 inverted 6's.One because I know it's worth at least that and for two....well you know.  Good luck.
