Description

Up for auction is a 1985 four LP boxed set "Who Knows Where the Time Goes" by British folk artist Sandy Denny, lead singer for Fairport Convention, Fotheringay, and the Strawbs.  Ranked 164th on Rolling Stone's list of the 200 greatest singers of all time, Denny tragically died as the result of a fall down a flight of stairs at age 31.  The massive 43 song collection includes the title track, "Next Time Around", "Gypsy Davey", "Winter Winds", "Tam Lin", "The Banks of the Nile", "Knocking on Heaven's Door", and "I'm a Dreamer."  The set also comes with a 19-page booklet of lyrics and photographs.  The discs are barely used, in very good condition, and sold "as is."  In the 1980s, I immediately taped any album that I bought and then listened only to the tape, keeping the original LPs pristine.  I have other similar items for sale and will combine shipping for the purchaser of more than one.  I only ship within the US and payment is due within 48 hours after the auction ends.  (lot 100)
