Highly sought-after 1995 Classic Records audiophile reissue of Rimsky-Korsakov’s Scheherazade performed by Fritz Reiner conducting the legendary Chicago Symphony Orchestra, featuring Sidney Harth violin solo.

RCA Living Stereo catalogue LSC-2446, licensed from RCA Victor and pressed by Classic Records on their renowned “Miracle Surface” audiophile vinyl formulation, celebrated for exceptionally quiet playback and outstanding orchestral detail.

This premium 1990s reissue faithfully reproduces the iconic RCA “Shaded Dog” artwork and remains one of the most respected audiophile classical releases of the era. A favourite amongst collectors of RCA Living Stereo, Classic Records, tube hi-fi and analogue vinyl.

Vinyl visually grades Excellent to Near Mint with superb gloss and only the faintest evidence of careful handling visible under strong direct light. From new, this record has been played exclusively on high quality equipment including a Linn Sondek LP12 and carefully stored upright in a smoke-free, pet-free home.

Labels remain clean and vibrant throughout. Sleeve presents beautifully with crisp colours, sharp spine and only light storage wear consistent with careful ownership. Original RCA inner sleeve included.

Deadwax markings visible and photographed.

A truly outstanding collector-grade example with strong appeal to audiophile, classical and Living Stereo enthusiasts alike.
