Description
As you can see there are 2 cracks. The one major one then one visible on the B side. The smaller of the two shows as more of a crease on the A side.
Unfortunately as of last week I don't have an electric player to test play 78's. The motor burned up on my Columbia 360 vacuum tube style player. I have a crank style Edison C19 phonograph but would rather not test play this on it. I am sure due to the heavy nature of the tonearm on a crank style player it would play through without skipping.
***Buy More and Save*** $4 is a one time shipping charge per shipment of 78's. Buy one, two, five, twenty etc $4 is all you'll pay for shipping and does include tracking. This ONLY applies to shipping within the USA. International buyers will need to contact for an accurate shipping quote.
17X12X5 box with sufficient packing used. 6 piece cut cardboard sandwich used for maximum protection of the 78.
Grading:
NM = never use it to grade a 78
E = a nice and shiny 78. Very few imperfections or light scuffs that should be a major distraction during play.
V = an average looking 78. Still a good shine. Imperfections are visible and some might be audible during play. The 78 should not skip.
G = good but not really. Lots of marks, scuffs etc. Dullness to the appearance. Should play through but with pops. Should not skip.
P = Poor I rarely sell a 78 like this. Totally trashed. Buy at your own risk. Only used for especially rare and hard to find 78's.
