Description

An original 1st press of BOTW on the UK CBS label. Matrix A1/B1. The heavy set vinyl comes housed uncreditted cover which is front-laminated. These uncreditted front laminated covers amongst the first to have been produced.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In superb condition and has only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection there are a couple of light marks and one just getting feelable. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback with one deviation. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. Interference is very minor and infrequent. The only vaguely noticeable interference are a few crackles in the mid-section of 'Boxer' which are caused by the mark mentioned above. These acoustic low-key tracks really need a clean playing copy to do them any sort of justice. This is a superb and clean rendition with only one minor aberration.
Cover (Ex) In great shape and has been cared for down the years. A nice shiny front with only a couple of thumbnail creases. The rear is in excellent condition too with barely a crease or any ageing. Please note a previous owner has written their name neatly in the top-right. Edge wear is very light and the text on the spine is still fully legible. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity and is an impressive specimen.
