This superb UK 1st pressing of their outstanding debut album dates from initial May 1966 release.
It is on the deep grooved, unboxed red & silver Decca label: LK 4790

The 'KT' purchase tax code is visible in the side 2 run out.
Vinyl weight: 158g
The disc is housed within front laminated 'James Upton Ltd.' printed cover, complete with its original poly-lined inner-sleeve.

A clean & vibrant set with a small collection of spindle trails around each unworn centre hole indicating minimal, careful play.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Immaculate deep-gloss playing surfaces which are unmarked in strong daylight with just a few barely visible harmless wispy inner-sleeve removal marks & a sparkling rainbow shine visible beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp. Both sides of this superb copy lie 100% flat when playing on the turntable.
Sound Quality: NEAR MINT
This wonderful sounding copy has, unlike most copies of this album, received just a few careful plays. My single careful play-check at volume found no evidence of any groovewear, background crackle or even a single click, pop or tick. You will have a hard time upgrading this gem.
Cover: EXCELLENT
A 1st-class example of this fragile, easily blemished cover which has been carefully stored in a clean, non-smoking environment these past 46 years.
The front panel retains an unscratched high-gloss laminate with just two small 'thumbnails' towards the front opening edge but no other creasing or wear. All corners are sharp & square with no heavy bumps or bruising to any & both opening edges are clean & undamaged. The easily blemished exposed rear panel is extremely clean & white with just the faint impression of the disc from storage but no writing or other major faults.
Both seams are smooth & unstressed and the spine is clean & fully worded.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
Minor age/storage wear but no writing, seam splits or tears.
