Hello there, come on in and welcome to the auction!
As you can see from my 100% feedback, I sell with complete honesty and reliability. Above all things I am a record collector and music lover. I only sell records that I would want to receive. I know well the disappointment of receiving an over-graded record that turns up two weeks late. That is not the service you will receive here, so bid with total confidence. I don’t sell a lot of records because I spend a lot of time carefully finding, grading and listing them and do not like to rush this process, as many sellers must do to be able to sell 100 records a week!
I am mostly a collector of old time music, pre-war blues and folk, so buy job-lots that often contain rare records that aren’t to my taste so to ebay they go!
(On that note, if you have any early American blues or folk to swap or sell, please get in touch!)

Here we have a 1st UK press of the T-Rex legendary record Electric Warrior!
Released on the Fly label in 1971, this is the very 1st UK press with unlaminated E.J.Day group outer sleeve, Fly/Picture labels and printed inner sleeve with a lovely picture of Sir Bolan and Co on!
The 1st presses of Electric Warrior have the matrix endings A-2U & B-2U but also have PORKY and PECKO DUCK etched into the dead wax
To find a first press of Electric Warrior with the original inner sleeve is always a rarity but we have ourselves here an MINT vinyl!
I hasten a guess that this record has been played once or twice at most!

Sleeve Condition.
The 1st UK print outer sleeve is in stunning condition! There are no rips, stains, tears or pen marks to mention! The spine is perfectly straight and all text is perfectly readable with only minor wear. The edges are nice and sharp with only mild storage wear. There is very mild ringwear on the front and that’s it! All the colours are still vibrant and the sleeve lies perfectly flat as it should! A stunner of a sleeve!

Inner Condition.
The 1st press rare pictured inner which shows a beautiful drawing of Marc Bolan on one side and another band member on the rear is in near perfect condition, with no writing, tears or splits!

Label Condition.
The first press Fly labels are in fantastic condition. There are no rips, rubbing, writing or stains to mention. There is no centre hole damage at all. Even under a strong light, only one near invisible spindle can be seen! Simply unheard of!

Vinyl Visual Condition.
The vinyls look unplayed! Simple as that! Not one sign of use of any of the vinyl records! Bright, shiny and perfect! Under a halogen, there is only the faintest wisp of a removals, it’s that good!

Vinyl Audio Condition.
The records sound superb from start to finish! There are no jumps, skips or distortion at all! The dynamics of all the different instruments are so well defined and easily separable by the ear. I didn’t hear a crackle or pop throughout and no unwanted distortion or background noise at all! The best you could possibly hear! Lean Woman Blues has never sounded better! It just jumps off the record! Final Upgrade!

So there we have it… One of the rarest and earliest complete copies of a 1st UK Electric Warrior that you will ever see! It’s a mint record that defies its 40 year age!
