VISUALLY GRADED ONLY AS I DO NOT HAVE A 78RPM PLAYER.
LOOKS TO BE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION WITH NO MAJOR/VISUAL SCRATCHES OR CRACKS.

The record actually measures 6 inches in diameter... Sorry for the confusion

Yes there are two larger chips  (1/4 inch) on the outer edge of the record......and 2-3 specks otherwise....The fine print on the label says "Licensed by Emerson Phono CompanyUnder U.S Pat No. 213.468 Etc. January 23, 1917"
