Description

The Beatles Abbey Road 1969 Apple Version 2 Cover Factory Sealed

Factory sealed very early pressing copy of Abbey Road with a square road sewer at the bottom of the front cover, next to John's foot, and "Her Majesty" track on the back. This is the rarest version of the sleeve among the 3 existing variations. Interestingly enough, Abbey Road was the first Beatles album in America packaged with print-on-board covers as oppose to the paste over slick used on all of the previous albums. The cover is in great condition with the shrink wrap having two breathe holes on the front. The SO-383 catalog number is located on the back cover along with the spine.
