Come with inserts,Picture book(Sticker on the back).
Extremely hard to find even in JAPAN now.

Disc is in VG/VG(Side A/B) condition.
Record sleeve is in EX- condition.
Insert is in EX condition.
Picture book is in EX condition.
Out side box is in EX- condition.
Picture book's box is in VG condition.(There are torn at the each corner.Some repair on the corner.)
