The Beatles, Please Please Me, Black and Gold, Mono, 1st Pressing with Dick James music credits
The record is on Parlophone, MONO, PMC 1202. Black and Gold label, Made in Gt.Britain, 1st pressing with "Dick James Mus. Co" credits to "Please Please me", "I Saw her standing there", "Misery", "Do you want to know a secret" and "There's a place
Side 1 = XEX 421-1N, 1/P
Side 2 = XEX 422-1N, 1/L. "MT tax code" to centre
RARE EARLY LOW STAMPERS!!!
The record is in NM condition, a few light handling marks and maybe a few fine hairlines can be seen when tilted into strong light, none of which are feelable and do not effect the sound in anyway which is superb. Plays back is great with no jumps, skips or pops and only light background in between tracks.
Labels are NM, I cannot see any spindle marks (detailed photograph below)
The sleeve is in EX Condition, slight yellowing to rear, which has an earlier smooth texture compared to later more papery texture, has the Angus McBean credit to the rare "extreme bottom right", minor shelf wear to edges and minor corner bumps, nice clean spine, small piece of flip back missing. Comes with "Use Emitex" original inner sleeve, EX+
I carefully pack using professional mailers and stiffeners and listen to the customers preferred packing methods which is usually removing the record from the sleeve
